VSmart testbed is designed for DSRC experiments in both indoor and outdoor scenarios. It utilizes Software De ned Ra- dios (SDR), laptops and robots to emulate the real-world traffic. There are three operating modes in the VSmart, simulation mode, stationary mode and full mode. The user can choose one of the modes to conduct the experiment based on available devices and experiment requirements.
