Project which analyses the important shots of video and reduces to a length based on a percentage value provided by the user as input. The important shots were selected based on factors such as the entropy and motion vectors. Implemented in java.

Enhanced NACHOS functionality by implementing system calls, multi-threading, multi-processing and memory management using locks and condition variables (wait, Signal, broadcast) for mutual exclusion. Also added RPC’s to the enhanced NACHOS and implemented a fully distributed system to run a multithreaded application.
Implemented Peer to Peer communication system using TCP and UDP sockets. Also implemented multiple users using fork system call. Implemented in C.
The mobile application uses various sensors of the smart phone like Voice recognition, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Touch sensors to create a user friendly environment to capture photos, import photos from any existing apps on the smart phone, edit the photos by adding various effects, decorations and to share them on Facebook and Twitter
