Implemented a primitive file transfer protocol for UNIX platforms that sets up the exchange of packets between the client and the server using UDP in a secure way as in TCP. Introduced application-layer protocol data-transmission reliability, flow control and congestion control to the transfer operation using TCP-like ARQ sliding window mechanisms.
