> These scripts are not for Hadoop installation. They automatically configure/start/debug multi-node hadoop deployment. The configuration of all the nodes, like /etc/hosts, saving master fingerprint,  starting dfs and mapred on all the nodes, checking their status, debugging some standard issues, etc. Its a simple shell script, easy to understand. README.txt file has clear steps about using the scripts
