Buraco is a Brazilian game that are played by 2, 4 (two teams of two) or 6 players (two or three teams of three and two, respectively). The game uses 2 deck of cards and wins the team that first reaches the maximum points, usually defined by 2000 points. The basic idea of this project is to concentrate all the game rules on a lib to be used by a UI, REST Api, etc.
