rdutuw6277 / How-to-settle-the-CANBUS-problem

1) Install lights normally light, but the dashboard fault warning light (commonly referred to as fault light problem).Such as: the Audi A4 1.8T, The 2006 BMW, Sagitar beam Magotan, Octavia, Fox, Volvo beam, Peugeot 206 and so on.Caused by the failure reasons: the original car is 50W-60W xenon lamp is 35W, part of the high-end European and American cars are detected through the computer will detect the power does not match, so red. Ballast current non-circuit or ballast starting current is too large (greater than 7A) can also cause.Solution:Option One: You can use the load line group with 2OW false to solve the problem, 20W +35 W, just 55W, and the original car, so computer testing will be normal.Option Two: to replace the 55W lamp and 55W ballast, but also solve the problem.Option III: The loop current loop. Power detection circuit detects the original car is a ground loop current, the ballast ground and the original bulb ground must be connected together, plus a 20W false load can be solved. (ballast enclosure with ballast ground wire must be insulated)Option IV: switch to the starting current of the ballast or the installation of anti-interference *. The above programs can be solved instrument fault lights display problems, and installation shops or consumers can choose the conversion program.2) After installation bulb explosion flash often extinguished or around lights at the same time bright phenomenon.: The 2006 BMW X5, 3251,5201, Mercedes-Benz S350, S500, Land Rover, BMW 3 Series and so on.Solution:Step one: Check headlight circuit current is normal, if the line is normal, according to the following programs continue to address the problem;Step 2: to see whether the headlight circuit trip computer, if after, plus special in order to return to normal; Step 3: the installation of a dedicated flash explosion and *. Models have been successfully resolved cases:A. Ford Hebei, Tiger B. Skoda C. Volkswagen Passat D. Sagitar E. MAGOTAN(Above the main reasons is the ballast start circuit is too large, the probability of our company new Mercedes-Benz, BMW, specifically ballast starting current to about 4.5A, can effectively reduce the above problems.) 3) after installation will burn the computer version of the phenomenon due to electromagnetic interference, car circuit, a common fault models: Buick LaCrosse, Buick, Hyundai Royal Raymond Premium, Cool, Grand Cherokee.Caused by the failure causes and phenomena: Since the original car with a special electronic circuit board (also known as computer board), is very susceptible to interference, and will burn out the circuit board or flashing lights or go out automatically.SolutionProgram: to resolve specific configuration circuit structure dedicated ballast;Option II: The addition of advanced anti-jamming device could also be resolved to the above phenomenon;Option Three: Select the Ballast starting current and appropriate to increase the capacity of the filter capacitor can be solved, so good quality ballast is very important to understand consumers choose to buy more than to ensure that the interests of the consumer.4) Some models of HID xenon lamp has been installed, clicking sounds, or silent, unable to turn on the light the moment the radio to normal radio interference sound.Cause failure: clicking sounds or silent because the ballast start-up circuit is large, the interference with the sound of the main reasons are: the ballast internal step-up circuit frequency radio internal frequency signal overlap and interference; also directional reasons.Solution: ballast shift turned around and installation can basically solve the problem, the ballast will have to be shielded isolation can completely solve the signal problem; clicking sounds or a silent moment, does not affect the normal to listen to the radio, proposed changes (replacement of small or no impact on the ballast of the impact of current can be solved, can also be battery powered directly to the ballast (that the installation of HID xenon lamp to strengthen the line group), but modified the trouble, and need skilled personnel to operate .)5) Why do some models in the xenon lamp is installed, turn on the lights, side lights, while not bright, What is the reason?Cause of failure: due to lack of start-up current, most of the ballast starting current need about 7 ~ 8A (stable after one to two minutes or so to 3.5A), while the current design of the original car headlight circuit 5.5A-6A, the starting current, thus leading to only one set of HID lights can be a sufficient start-up current, so a turn on and off, this situation is very common.Solution:Option One: to install a relay line group, directly from the battery-powered (HID xenon lamp to strengthen the line).Option Two: Check the ballast 12V input with the socket contact is loose. This situation will lead to vehicles when driving, vibration leaving HID supply failure.Option III: HID xenon lamp are high-pressure gas discharge lamp ballast which increased the high-voltage protection circuit, in exceptional circumstances, the ballast will automatically cut off power to protect the safety of use as well as vehicles, anomalies were excluded, re- Turn on the power, the ballast will be able to work properly. If you have not been able to solve the problem, the ballast can be mailed back to the Division I re-adjust, check the reason, I will deal with the problem in the shortest possible time.6) Some models installed HID lamps have been used for some time, change the light can not check the far light the fuse has blown, but to change a fuse blown a turn on the lights and what is the reason?Cause of failure: short-circuit.Solution: The cause of the problem may be the ballast damage (internal step-up MOS breakdown) accounted for 95% of such failure is also possible that the ballast in the installation process, the power cord nonintact not do insulation measures ride with the ground, together with the line group controller may also be caused by internal short circuit of the line group controller, one by one investigation, before they solve the problem.7) Hyundai Coupe HID xenon lamp, start the engine the engine is opened there will be flashed on, but the engine does not start to work properly, this is the reason? In the case of the car engine does not launch after the cause of failure: After installing the xenon headlights, xenon headlights can be normal and bright, or dimmer, but a launch vehicle engine, xenon headlights will have flashing lights or goes out of while the vehicle dashboard fault lights lit, reason is that the headlight control circuit trip computer detection, which is usually referred to the CANBUS problem and xenon headlights, works as well as power with halogen , making the trip computer not detected due to the feedback signal xenon headlamps.Solution: installation of * or dedicated ballast can use with a decoding function. (Note: the Audi A4, Ford Hebei tiger, the BMW X5 cars have the same problem)8) of various models to install the failure of the problems encountered and solutions:A. Passat HID xenon lamp is installed in the change of light will produce pause CD stereo, which is the reason?Cause of failure: Xenon HID headlamps starting current, caused by power supply instability, so that the audio pause, prevalence of such cases.Solution: with special ballast or to install filters can solve this problem failure.B. Buick Excelle car for the original light, the mouth is too small can not put the lamp, what solution?Cause of failure: the assembly of the Buick Excelle car original car design lights mouth is a bit small, light bulbs can not they stuck.Workaround: use Cuozi dwarfish out a little to light mouth. (Note: dwarfish the time should pull it out, so as to avoid the remaining powder fell into the lamp glass, reduction of the trouble of cleaning)C., Buick Regal, if encountered during installation CANBUS problem, it is recommended to use a special stability suit, if caused by the turn signal malfunction light display, pick the wrong line, troubleshootD. Mazda M6 installed HID xenon lamp, the distance light can be bright, but can not change the light, what reason?Cause of failure: This is a circuit failure.Solution: First check the original car headlight circuit is normal, the ballast input power is normal, the line group or the original car near light the fuse is blown, to exclude the above failure, there may be installed when the distance light plug plug wrong, change over can be solved.9）.H4 the level of light is one kind of light adaptation dozens of models of the headlight assembly different shade will produce different condenser installed near light or high beam is a little astigmatism, which kinds of phenomena common in the telescopic light the existence of the swing angle of the lamp distance condenser effect, the principle of the telescopic light.Such as:The effect of 1. Bora car, recommended for assembly or manufacturer for Polaris dedicated telescopic light, but the cost is high; with swing angle light then there is no astigmatism;10）Modern Tucson to be the shortest base dedicated telescopic light; but common on the rear of the telescopic light base are larger longer, while the swing angle of light on the whole smaller, was not the case, and the lights in effect , the distance is the same concentrator;: after installing a set of H4 telescopic lights, turn on the light side of the bright side does not shine, but will be scalable, which is what?Cause of failure: the reason is that the ground (negative) Poor Ground cord connection is bad or the power input plug anti-(ballast input including head inserted trans).Solution: plug anti-inserted over the problems can be solved11, the new Volkswagen Caddy cars, fitted with 35W and 50W DSP ballast will fault code alarm, or are bright a few lights off phenomenon, because some of the car's computer control the maximum and minimum input power 50W (input power is 63W) to 35W (input is 43W) is too low lead to too high a phenomenon caused bySolution: to control the input power of 50W to 50W-60W middle, preferably, the low current the antijamming the 50W on the 55W or so, you can also add a 10 ohm resistor into the ballast 35W to solve12, Roewe and other parts of the car put something, a radio to pause a resume only when the reason is the fuse of the motor output is too small due to the car strict control of current, the current change is too small due toSolution: less than 4.5A of ballast will be able to use the cold start and direct installation The JYE of low current anti-jamming ballast (13.5V cold start 3.7A), or an increase in motor output fuse 5A13, Mercedes-Benz C200 part of the car, install two sets of DSP50W ballast there will be four lights only flash bright, regardless of how change has a problem, the car installing a set without any problems, mainly the vehicle control 4 lights total power, its range is 200-240W middle there is no problem, four more than its power, and DSP-50W ballast input power more than 60WSolution: the DSP anti-jamming 50W can14, Buick LaCrosse cars and Yu Xiang, part of the other car, install a xenon lamp will keep management burn the circuit board, mainly the headlights of the current to go through the PC board only direct access to the headlights. Therefore, the requirements adopted by the current very low, conventional ballast cold start-up current is too large, so start instantly recognized more than the limit of the computer panels to withstand burn out the circuit boardSolution: Such vehicle recommended to switch to cold start less than 4.8A current low interference ballast, DSP (cold start 13.5V 3.7A) Ballast can be resolved15, BMW mini car series and part of the other car, 50W DSP ballast is installed, start the motor burst flash a few cases, the reason the part of the car motor shipment occurs when the high voltage circuit detectionSolution: add a 22,000 microfarads 35V car capacitance can be reduced into the ballast and remove this case16, some vehicle stability xenon lamp, there will be instability in the startup or start lighting pro sparkle, these cases get to the bottom-chao, the interference of the reasons is because the ballastBallast can solve the program: DSP anti-jamming, or add the electrolytic capacitor, 10 000 V above it17, such as Volkswagen Jetta car, the installation of the two sets of xenon lantern dimmer lights flashing instability phenomenon, the situation appears in addition to factors have its HID safety mode, as well as ballast power too high cause , and two ballast too close to each other the mutual interference of the reasonsSolution: change the mode of the computer halogen HID mode, and 2 only ballast each change set a certain distance, do not interfere with each other; proposed constant power ballast input power of about 55W18, some modified car owner is converted audio and for release later begging installed converted stores like the zero line grounding, so the consequences of appliances and other equipment will cause interference with the car through the iron a good conductor of the electrical equipmentSolution: is the zero line to negative, do not let Ground zero line, to prevent the emergence of the phenomenon of interference. With the progress of such modified car is recommended low interference ballast installation modifications19, the Roewe 550 and some cars put something up and strobe light when the level of change, all the entertainment systems are closed, including low current cold start ballast, this reason, the ballast high-voltage high-voltage radiation interference caused bySolution: slim ballast with low interference or import high-voltage aluminum foil to interfere with the ballast (Japan shop installed and Hella), its principle is to make high-voltage lines away from the car stereo or remove the high-voltage interference, if only installing a set of can be considered ballast as far as possible Wangwaimian offensive action (ie, distance from the focus on install orientation Joseph sound system, the farther the better)20, Toyota Prado (Toyota, Mitsubishi and Nissan series), Lilian Thuram, Mitsubishi Pajero car, loaded retractable lights from time to time, there will be a start always bright, does not shine, while the bright side is not bright, and change when the light will be changed for light can not or variable light inconsistencies, or stop the phenomenon of light, was not re-openedSolution: Toyota series, Mitsubishi series cars, the negative cable control headlights, different from the positive control headlights, this happens, generally caused by the car with the Department's spring stretching Heidi light, it can only positive light change, inconsistent with the original car circuit, there are two kinds of solutions: 1 telescopic light pulse can be positive and negative control headlamps; spring triangular connector and the power of the original car, plus six connector relay conversion circuit;, of course, is to find a positive and negative change the light's ballast, usually name21, the Department of new cars in Europe now more than numerical control system with CAN-BUS car system installed in the headlights principal nearly xenon lamp put something, there will be all the indicator light does not work in addition to headlights neither Chek significant localSolution: The main reason is the system near the headlights of the principal, and the ballast close, susceptible to interference, high ballast interference Health, general safety of this device can not be a program to solve the interference problem then is unable to solved, the best way is to low current anti-jamming 35W ballast can22, part of the truck-mounted telescopic the Kaiyuan low beam, by the lamps, much light and the beam of light is not on, such as Holford stars such as carSolution: is the control system and the related control system of such vehicle is to read the signals from the two side telescopic light only from one side to take power, so only a light signal, the signal of another light , will appear above problems, the solution is to add a signal converter in one side not to take power on the OK WEB：www.liwin.en.alibaba.com; www.liwin-china.com;New promotion web link: http://liwin.en.alibaba.com/productgrouplist-213643107/2012_new_promotion.html#productsLiwin Electronic Technology Co., LTDwww.liwin-china.com
