> Koh Samui Island is a tropical, holiday destination in Thailand's Gulf which offers a large choice of villas for sale and holiday rental. The Plumeria Place luxury Samui villa development is conveniently located on the island's northeast coast in the beach town of Bangrak only a few hundred meters from the town's large choice of convenience stores, bars and restaurants.  The development currently offers around 20 villas, though there are plenty of free plots dotted around the estate to allow more villas to be built to order for future buyers. Built in a Balinese style, the villas consist of several, separate pavilions, built around a swimming pool and sun deck. The construction and design of each villa ensures complete privacy for guests as both indoor and outdoor areas are completely hidden from beyond the gates of the property.  This Koh Samui villa development offers two and three bedroom properties and slightly larger villas which offer three doubles and one single bedroom.  The two bedroom villas are arranged with one larger pavilion built on two floors containing both of the villa's bedrooms. A second pavilion, built on one floor, offers a living area with modern entertainment system, kitchen and indoor dining area. The third pavilion is a shaded, pool-side sala and alfresco dining area. The Master bedroom is located on the second floor of the largest pavilion with a guest bedroom below. Both bedrooms are very spacious with luxurious en suite facilities and luxurious furnishings. The Master bedroom features a hardwood, vaulted ceiling and private balcony and can be accessed via the villa's outdoor staircase. The living area pavilion has a comfortable sofa which sits in front of a large flat screen TV with satellite, DVD and home theatre system. Behind this entertainment area is a modern kitchen with all modern amenities. Like all the villas in the development, the central focus is an L-shaped swimming pool with Jacuzzi surrounded by modern, outdoor furnishings and luscious, tropical gardens.  The 3 bedroom villas are built in a similar design to the 2 bedroom villas, though the larger pavilion contains two guest bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which share a spacious bathroom.  4 bedroom Plumeria Place villas are equipped with 3 double bedrooms, a twin singles room and a further single bedroom. Here, the Master bedroom is located in its own separate pavilion and the single bedroom is accessed by the living area and kitchen pavilion.
