Access statement generate comes in various versions (short, standard and combined), the combined version can be seen at http://www.disabled.cusu.cam.ac.uk/resources/access-info/. This is not designed to cover absolutely all access needs (it strongly assumes english as a default language for example) but is meant to cover most situations in the UK.
