mogwai73 / Worldwide-standard-structured-websites

Create/normalise a sitemap structure over a friendly, pre-defined and unique webdesign, so that all websites can have an exntention under this norma and allow all, but especially unskilled users, to access their institutional information without the potential obstacles created by creative designs. The website becomes a standard XML file and can be used offline and in any device and platform/OS.
