rFeedParser is a translation of the Universal Feed Parser from Python into Ruby. It has nearly the exact same behavior. This fork differs from the jmhodges implementation in that it has no reliance on hpricot. The original implementation was reliant on a version of hpricot (v0.6) that is not compatible with the latest version (v0.8.x) but the state of hpricot's maintenance is unclear (seen the google group for it? all pr0n spam. Seen the issue tracker? backlogged with non-responses. seen the code? yech).
