My implementation from the Play-Scala tutorial here: http://code.tutsplus.com/articles/building-ribbit-in-scala--net-34302. The tutorial is a few years old, so it had to be adapted to Play 2 and Slick 2, which was not minor. See my comments in the README for my thoughs on this tutorial.
