With the advent of vast biological data sets biological and medical studies are increasingly relying on computational methods to extract knowledge from the data. Word prediction algorithm, for predicting a next word, libraries in C based on an weighted graph algorithm. This was used for a iPad app that helps children disability and/or autism to synthesize sentences though pictures and then finally generate the speech.
