Joztiq is a php framework developed as a "learn-by-doing" project. Its not intended to compete against the big php frameworks out there but have been usefull for us in some projects we've done. It's done in oop-style strictly php5, implements advanced logging with log4php, SOAP webservices with an abstraction of nusoap and a bunch of other usefull stuff used in our projects.
