New Business Model which is based on hosting Commercial Cloud Applications from Commercial Banks Servers (The Tax Office in some instances may be a candidate as well) with the purpose of achieving the following: * Consumers` ability to purchase various services in bulk e.g. prepaid 10 services and receive the equivalent of 12 services back * Overcoming E-business shortcomings, such as credit cards disclosure on-line and financial institutions’ monthly credit card statements, by translating Username/Password log-ins into bank accounts and instant SMS/E-mail transaction notifications respectively. In addition, E-Security can be advanced by various limitations as to how purchases are made (for instance limiting the type of goods that can be purchased ie making it possible to buy a computer but not a fridge) with mobile approvals where it warrants and with various $ limits per transactions,etc. * Unparallelled standards for consumers as they only need to learn once how to use similar sites and scalability e.g. in the case where financial institutions decide to use multi-merchant accounts, there could be a possibility of creating joint accountancy between financial institutions and service providers despite the fact that many businesses have their own accountancy systems. It is easier to implement the government's policy amendments by this arrangement. Despite the fact that the proposed model is a monopoly this is not to its detriment as currently the Federal Government of Australia implements Medicare by dealing with Medical monopolies by telling doctors the extent of the $$$ to charge patients. This business model has been dubbed by the British Chamber of Commerce in Sydney as a New Business Model and their acceptance of this model in the future will be based on Australia or another country first adopting it. (An Alternative Model: - to integrate a multi-merchant account with the PayPal provider and to administer this model by a cloud company like yours). The Commercial Bank`s partner in my opinion should be the tennis federation. Generally, there should be plenty of reasons for financial institutions to participate in such projects with aims to improve the economy (Hairdressers and Grocery Delivery systems are to follow with a huge number of potential customers) . I would like to mention Google's search limitations relating to searches such as finding the cheapest hairdressing procedure in City, operating business hours, real-estate zoning search type (Eastern Suburbs) ,etc. The main reason for such limitations is that the Google search mechanism is based on words and not numbers plus lack of database control. These limitations undoubtedly carry harm to businesses because they limit the way in which located information can be properly used. My search engine is based on following: 1. States are numbered (keys) from 1 and incremented by 1 2. Cities are numbered from States * 100 and incremented by 1. Example NSW = 1, Sydney =100, Newcastle = 105,etc. It is possible to have 99 cities in one State. * Suburbs are numbered by zip-code * 10 to cater for duplicate suburbs & to carve huge suburbs like the City into more manageable entities. Suburbs, Zones and Cities are inter-linked in one table. 3. To narrow-down a search, multiplication of real numbers such as 2,3,5,7,11,13,17 ... in assigning various provider's services and when the MOD mathematical function is used with 0 result then a service provider provides such service. Important Note: If an individual suburb is selected, surrounding suburbs are automatically added to the search.
