Ⅱ Technical Instruction of the Equipment
·The phase and movements of the stencil is adjusted by digital control or buttons, and size details are directly adjusted and displayed by touch screen. The phase of printing directly controlled by touch screen or electrically adjusted by buttons.
·Be equipped with die cutting cushion roller servo of synchronous track and mechanical traverse and automatic cushion restoring system. After the restored cushion roller enters the computer servo system, the servo will precisely calculate the printing speed and die cut accordingly, which ensure the quality of the molding without damaging the cutter.
·Main transmission part adopts bond-free axle collar.
