cooper / libuic

libuic is the Perl UIC library. it provides a base for UIC bots, clients, and even servers. UICd, the official UIC daemon, is based upon libuic itself. although libuic is written from scratch, it inherits many of the ideas found in NoTrollPlzDev's libirc, such as evented objects. libuic is based upon the EventedObject framework.
