Aquila is a digital signal processing library for C++11.
A basic decipher Python script to decode Caesar Ciphers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesar_cipher), pretty much the simplest type of cipher there is out there. A fun exercise, anyways! Was originally used for the ciphers in the Niantic Project ARG (http://www.nianticproject.com), actually works way better than I had originally anticipated.
