chfoo / tornado

This fork contains features on the "features" branch: instance-wide controllers for MVC and streaming client file download with support for partial requests (useful without requiring x-sendfile support). features_experimental (unappreciated & slow): cgi.FieldStorage for large file uploads. Tip: to see differences, use "git difftool features 135989". The other branches are messy due to my inexperience with cross-repository branches.
