briancline / virtuanet-ircu2.10.12.13

Virtuanet's flavor of ircu2.10.12.13, which primarily is just modified to support two major features: the setting of custom hidden hosts in a controlled manner; and mutes, a way to globally silence a problem user completely without them ever knowing it, thus avoiding the kind of retaliation that sometimes follows g-lines. Individual patches for both features are available at http://github.com/briancline/ircu-patches.
