# bnc119/point_of_sale

> This point-of-sale exercise models a checkout terminal that you might find in a grocery store. The program reads in discount/bulk sale data, and then begins to start 'scanning' items of unique cost/price, applying discounts along the way. I probably should refactor this code to use ranges. It would be more idiomatic and expressive than the way I currently have it implemented. There are a number of RSpec tests written to exercise different aspects of the code.
