attiny26 w/ half duplix software UART using USI module (avr307) and low jitter multichannel software pwm (avr136) and millisecond counter. drives LEDs using waveform and pwm brightness control. currently timing / pwm is working but not correctly. timer1 doesn't reset after either OCR1A or OCR1B. this is a problem. its same as 8 bit overflow with an offset by OCR1A?
