This is the arduino code to be flashed onto the arduino device. The code is designed of the Arudino Mega ADK. Arduino should have connection to OBDII (Serial 1) for vehicle communication, Bluetooth Shield (Serial 0) for wireless to android running the aruino_connect_android_blu, and Android running the arduino_connect_android_usb app via USB. Optionally a second Arduino could be connected to the arduino via Serial 2 to received information(This was being used for an arduino display but now the android connected via USB is being used).
