Code written for my thesis - mostly a wrapper and assistant functions for a piece of Fortran n-body numerical integration software, although I wrote some modifications for that as well. As it was one of my first large-scale coding projects, the code cleanliness and readability is absolutely atrocious
The first scraper I ever wrote, this took advantage of my institution's academic access to journal publishing houses to download every article from an academic journal, then glue them back together into a single PDF for each published volume. It then creates a LaTeX table of contents for the entire haul.
