Being a big weather weenie, I enjoy reading the discussions put out by the Hydrometeorological Prediction Center (HPC). I've noticed that these discussions are not available via an RSS feed. This repo will house code that will scrape the discussions from http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/ and place the information into RSS.
