**Project Concept**-- Forked from the Official GitHub Services repo, so that I can investigate two hooks that I want to look into. First, a post-commit hook to integrate notification and project status updating in Mavenlink. Second, a pre-push/pre-commit hook to obfuscate specific files-- allowing a little more privacy with a free/public github account.
