It's a Joomla looking Content Managment System based on ZF2 (Zend Framework 2). I very like a joomla and ZF, but each of them don't have some features. Joomla don't have a greate base framework and ZF don't have a frendly admin sites as has Joomla. Libra CMS based at ZF2 now. So it can be example of utilizing zf2.
