The repository maintains a set of JAVA programs for data mining on a bird's observation records. It should have following fuctionality: 1. Transform a file from CSV format to Weka's ARFF format; 2. Partition the ARFF file randomly into training and test data; 3. Train an encemble of bagged decision trees on the training data and test its accuracy on the test set; 4. Compute relative counts.
