This is an Excel macro I wrote for my job. It creates a data entry form based on the information in a certain sheet. The reason I wanted a macro to create the form (instead of just creating the form myself) is that the form might need to change in the future. This way, my coworkers don't have to learn about editing the form, they can just edit the information in the sheet and the form will adjust itself accordingly.
