WATCHiT is a wearable computer sewn in a wristband that allows emergency workers for capturing and embed into space information such for example stress levels, notes, and environmental sensor data. WATCHiT has a modular design therefore the set of information collected is tailorable to the precise work by docking WASMs (WATCHiT Sensor Module) on a velcro wristband. The user can trigger the data capture of personal notes and WASM(s) sensor data using tag-guided body gestures, getting non-intrusive notifications via a wrist haptic display, without interrupting the rescue work.
