To fetch the last updated date of objects in all/single database(s) in a server. It searches the passed database and fetches the last updated date for all the tables in the database. If ALL is provided instead of Table name then returns the last updated for all the tables in all the databases.
This can be used for some regular day-day activities. For eg. if you want to read a statistics table/view on a daily basis and create feeds, you can tweak this code a bit to utilize for your need.
