A simulation of a molecular dynamics experiment involving a nobel gas (Argon) positioned in a lattice and allowed to interact and disperse. This is one of the several versions of the code, and it initialises the atoms in the lattice with zero velocities and outputs data in JMol format to be plotted in 3d.
