Using d3 I have made a dynamic plot that shows the evolution of crime over the period of one year. The y-axis shows the total crime, the x-axis gives the number of burglaries, the slider shows the month, the colors represent different neighborhoods. If you hover over each of the circles it will give you the neighborhood name. The data wrangling is done using ipython. Example notebooks are also included.
These codes select certain kind of galaxies and compute their 2-point clustering. The code (mr_2pc_bin_edit.py) used for 2pt clustering is proprietary hence not included in this repository.
These are some python scripts that are used to download raw images of individual pointings from the SUBARU archive and combined them to produce a final image.

This code calculates the ratio of the power spectrum between halofit (http://camb.info) and Cosmic Emulator (http://www.lanl.gov/projects/cosmology/CosmicEmu/index.html)
This is a small python that calculates cosmological distances in a flat Universe.
I wrote this code in 2008 corresponding to make mass maps from weak lensing data for galaxy clusters. Weak lensing data is typically of the format (ra,dec,e1,e2). For this code the background objects are considered at a single redshift.
