Tying it all together...
[Library] A companion "queueing sim" library of components which are specific to vehicle routing simulations
[Library] A small library of basic resources (sources, queues, servers, etc.) for building queueing simulations. Use with the eventsim kernel.
[Library, minimal] A barebones, little simulation kernel for event-based simulations. I use it in nearly all my vehicle routing simulations.
[Library] Graphical optimization algorithms for computing the Earth Mover's distance on one-dimensional ("roadmap") metric spaces. (Packaged, library-only version of mass_transport---toward disassembly of the same...)
C++ code for bipartite matching on roadmaps
A standalone library (well, depends on networkx) with Python implementations of some basic common (and uncommon) research vehicle routing problems.
A network optimization library I made, based on cvxpy, because networkx was slightly deficient.
A python utility library for geometrical queries on continuous road network spaces. Includes a O(n log n) algorithm (fastest possible) for matching two sets of points placed in a roadmap, using a modified algorithm for minimum cost flows on networks with convex costs on edges.
[Library] a Python module which computes the integral of a linear function over a convex region in 2d, described either by its extrema, or by a system of linear inequalities. (It's trickier than you think!)
[Deprecated!] Graphical optimization algorithms for computing the Earth Mover's distance on zero-dimensional ("discrete") and one-dimensional ("roadmap") metric spaces.
