My goal is to absorb as much information about the IT industry as I can. This in turn will enable me to better serve the potential candidates I work with by matching them with roles that are the best opportunity for them at the time. I can then use my knowledge to present my consultants as the top option for potential employers. I feel my networking skills are top notch and I have the drive to accomplish these goals. Currently, I'm enrolled in IT related classes at IvyTech to increase my skill set to this end. Feel free to reach to me directly for IT related opportunites at mpeterson@theoris.com or 317-968-9844.
