"OnPlayerRapidFire" is a callback which gets called for 0.3z SA-MP versions when a player does rapid fire. "Rapid Fire" is a cheat which could be done through Cleo scripts and could entirely be harmful for DM servers. This anti-cheat can prevent and determine rapid shots.

This include was created by me long time ago. There may be better versions of AFK detectors, however I'm just contributing an include which I created before for personal use.

"OPRL" AKA "OnPlayerRconLogin" is an include which procies a callback called OnPlayerRconLogin which gets called when a player logins as RCON. This is called only when a player ID logs in, not if an IP does.
